PCOS is one disease which is caused by lifestyle issues I am sure you must have heard that from almost everybody who knows the condition but what they are not able to tell you is that it also because of the changes in our food habits and stress levels. If you are able o nourish your body well you can defeat the disease with little effort.
Tips that I would like to give anybody with the condition :
- Include food supplements in your daily diet : Fish Oil, Vitamin B, Biotin, Epsom Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar. And as everybody says quit fried foods and high sugar foods. Your body is already crying for SOS now.
- Try to adopt the early to bed and early to rise approach.
- Eat before 7 p.m in the evening.
- Fix a schedule on which you can stick on for the rest of your life. Though it may sound difficult but just try and formulate a easier schedule for yourself first and then maybe you can increase on your goals gradually with time.
- Exercise should be basically Running and Cardio you can do weight training after 2–3 months of regular cardio exercise. Make sure to exercise 5 days a week for 40 mins. daily. You can also join some dance classes which can get your heart pumping to a good rate. Try something fun and exotic like belly dancing (I personally enjoyed it a lot) or even Salsa. This way you can make your workout more interesting with something to look forward to everyday. Running and other forms cardio exercises can easily bore anybody. Believe me this happens with everybody. You need to spice that up and be creative.
- And you will see once you start working out regularly stress levels will be managed on their own. STRESS is one major factor which triggers this condition.
- Last but not the least believe in yourself. It may feel like nothing is working and you are not making any progress in terms of loosing that stubborn fat.
